Yes, all participants must be at least 18 years old, as this is a legal requirement for consuming alcohol in Portugal. We may ask for valid ID on the day of the tour.

Can we bring our own drinks on the beer bike?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own drinks. That said, it’s rarely necessary — the tour already includes unlimited beer, sangria, water and soft drinks. Let us know in advance if you have a special request.

Who chooses the music on the Lisbon Beer Bike?
You do. Guests can connect their own phone and playlist to our onboard speakers, so you set the soundtrack for your ride through Belém.

Booking & Cancellation

How do I book the Lisbon Beer Bike?

What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel at least 7 days in advance, you’ll receive a full refund. In case of a no-show, the deposit (50% of the total tour value) is non-refundable.

Is there a grace period for late arrivals?
Yes, we allow up to 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. If your group arrives later than that, the tour can’t take place and no refund will be issued — so please plan to arrive a few minutes early.
